About BITtelligent
BITtelligent is Mark Dykun, and Mark Dykun is BITtelligent. A small custom software development Counsulatancy started in Febuary 2001 BITtelligent started after being a part of a layoff at Infospace during the Dotcom bust. Formed originally in Guelph, ontario the company focused on delivering custom software solutions. Durning that early time mark took a position at a CRM company named Unleash in Missisauga and his introduction to CRM development began. Unleash unfortunalty went the same way as many small companies where expectations exceded growth and cash flow and went out of business.
After several other engagements he moved on to work for Corum Corporation and took a position as Director of Product Development. Durning his time there he built up the mobile compentency and the team builing the then 'Corum Mobile Platform'. He was instrumental to the products success in providing vision, architecture and during its hypergrowth as a product a good portion of its development. Mark also provided end developer training to the community traveling to Scottsdale, AZ, Reading, UK, Melbourne, Aus and also in house in the Concord, On office. All these services were provided to corum through BITtelligent software.
In September of 2006 Sage Software aquired the Mobile product from Corum. and the complete development team. Mark worked for Sage as 'Director of Mobile' for 6 months at which time he went to work for 'Castle CRM' as VP of Mobility. In April of 2008 Mark made a decision that it was time to focus on the growth of BITtelligent and other external opportunities and it that month announced general availability of Services to the greater Sage SalesLogix Business partner community.
I have been extremely pleased with the type of organizations we have been able to work with. The depth of engagements has kept work in the company exciting and meeting new people daily is one of the best parts. In light of the changing times that we all face, it is important to remember that it is the customer whom we service. To our capacity we continue to focus on giving our best work at budget friendly rates. - Mark
